News - AHI releases new BVD herd testing guidance
The BVD Technical Working Group has developed a document providing guidelines for BVD virus testing in dairy and suckler herds. The document explains the key steps in the national BVD eradication programme and how the testing programme will lead to the eventual eradication of BVD. It is also designed to help veterinarians to provide farmers with the best advice on how to use their test results in the context of the national BVD eradication programme.
